Creamy Caesar dressing doesn't get any better than making it yourself in just minutes.
With a big bag of Romaine lettuce, go to town and customize this bad boy. Go ahead, try it!

Now, let's do it!

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 bunch Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup croutons (store bought - seeasoned or plain)
  • 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup bacon pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS


For the salad

  • Chop Romaine lettuce and divide in two bowls
  • If desired, pour bacon pieces into a pan and heat on the stove for 7 minutes.

For the dressing

  • Combine 1 cup mayo, 1 garlic clove minced, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Stir well.

To assemble

  • Top bowl of lettuce with warm bacon pieces, and divide croutons, shaved Parmesan and dressing into each bowl.
  • Top with salt and freshly cracked pepper, and other seasonings as desired (Paprika for a slight kick, onion or garlic powder for a deeper flavor, etc).
